Song, the Last...a poem for IOM

Song, the Last, from Anthologia (A Garland of Verse) is one of the few things I've written under a different pen name, that of "Liz G. Burton". "Song" was my version of the last gift Gabrielle gave to her Warrior as she lay dying in the Bard's arms in the prison cell in Ides Of March.
